The Congressional Luncheon is a unique and fun opportunity to directly engage elected officials from Washington who represent the San Fernando Valley.

VICA's 4th Annual Congressional Luncheon was held Friday, July 7 at The Garland. The event is presented by Aerojet Rocketdyne, Comcast NBC Universal, and Wells Fargo.
